She is the author of Emotional Readiness: How Early Experiences and Mental Health Predict School Success and founder of Baby’s Space, a child development center for low income children and their families. She also developed the Infant and Toddler PLAYbook, a curriculum for providing consistent, creative, and engaging learning environments for infants and toddlers.
